We're a stable, growing company that values a strong work ethic and a healthy work/life balance.We are currently seeking an experienced Purchasing professional to:<ul><li>&middot; Purchase the bulk of production raw materials (coil, sheet, roll and bar stock)</li><li>Purchase tooling, office supplies, maintenance, packaging and all other items as req'd</li><li>&middot; Coordinate with production planning, scheduling &amp; control</li><li>&middot; Monitor inventories</li></ul>Any mix of the following experience or skills is desired:&middot; Prior purchasing experience in a manufacturing company&middot; Exposure to ERP software&middot; Familiarity with shipping &amp; receiving processes&middot; Vendor relations and negotiating skills&middot; Small company experience&middot; Strong computer skills&middot; Continuous improvement exposureThis position is a great match for a hands-on, team-oriented, and ethical materials professional.
