Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of offshore wind projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This role involves coordination across engineering, procurement, construction, and stakeholder teams from project initiation through to completion. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of offshore wind projects.</li><li>Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and risk mitigation plans.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.</li><li>Drive performance and monitor progress against key milestones.</li><li>Prepare and present project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Support contract management and negotiation activities.</li></ul> Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Equivalent preferred).</li><li>Minimum 15-20 years of experience in project management within the offshore energy sector.</li><li>At least 5 years in offshore wind project delivery.</li><li>Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?XYhBVONonz4G4GOMAvI%2bbX8l%2bMKWcy8Ph" width="0" height="0" />

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and coordinate the preparation of high-quality proposals for international offshore wind projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, commercial insight, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and develop winning strategies in a competitive bidding environment. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Supervise & review a number of proposals</li><li>Provide recommendations for budget preparation</li><li>Review of estimation processes</li><li>Focal point for client, partner & sub-contractors</li><li>Recommend bidding strategies</li><li>Implement agreed strategies & set procedures</li><li>Provide input to motivate, train, develop & appraise staff</li><li>Compliance in accordance with HSE Standard</li></ul> Qualifications & Experience <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent technical qualification.</li><li>Minimum of 15 years in the offshore energy industry.</li><li>At least 5 years of direct experience in international offshore wind projects.</li><li>Proven track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary proposal teams in a global environment.</li></ul><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?K7bnQcgG5lTnoliKLPTCeupqrkAOuZKVo" width="0" height="0" />
