We are seeking a full-time Marketing Director whose sole focus is to increase new patient volume across all four clinics through community outreach, networking, partnerships, and event-based marketing.If you love connecting with people, building relationships, and creating meaningful community impact&mdash;and you thrive in a target-driven environment&mdash;this is an incredible opportunity.What You&rsquo;ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Community Outreach (Primary Role)<ul><li>Attend multiple networking events weekly (BNI groups, Chamber events, meet-up groups, etc.)</li><li>Build and maintain partnerships with local small businesses&mdash;gyms, coffee shops, vitamin stores, salons, etc.</li><li>Distribute flyers and marketing materials in targeted neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and high-traffic areas</li><li>Conduct weekly outreach visits to local organizations to promote Unity Chiropractic services</li></ul>Local Events &amp; Screenings<ul><li>Schedule and execute weekly in-person screenings at health fairs, vitamin shops, fitness studios, and community events</li><li>Secure paid screening opportunities at festivals, farmer&rsquo;s markets, expos, and community gatherings</li><li>Set up booth/table displays and confidently engage with attendees to communicate our mission</li><li>Book prepaid new patient appointments directly onsite</li><li>Coordinate staff scheduling for larger events and ensure event-day performance</li></ul>Performance &amp; Tracking<ul><li>Track outreach numbers: conversations, leads, booked appointments, show rates, and conversions</li><li>Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, offers, and outreach strategy</li><li>Report weekly KPIs with full transparency</li><li>Achieve consistent monthly new patient goals for each clinic location</li></ul>Ideal CandidateWe&rsquo;re looking for someone who is:<ul><li>Outgoing, charismatic, confident, and not afraid to start conversations</li><li>Comfortable in a performance-driven role</li><li>Self-motivated with strong time management</li><li>Able to work evenings/weekends occasionally for events</li><li>Passionate about holistic health and chiropractic care</li><li>Organized and able to build systems to track outreach</li></ul>Bonus: Experience in outside sales, fitness/wellness, events, chiropractic, or community engagement.Compensation Structure (Competitive + Commission-Based)BASE SALARY:$45,000&ndash;$60,000 annually (depending on experience)COMMISSION STRUCTURE:Designed to reward performance at every stage and align incentives with clinic growth.Job Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires attending networking groups and community events, sometimes in evenings or weekends.
