Unity Chiropractic is a high-volume, family-focused chiropractic group committed to helping our community thrive through holistic wellness. We are seeking a full-time Marketing Director whose sole focus is to increase new patient volume across all four clinics through community outreach, networking, partnerships, and event-based marketing.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Community Outreach (Primary Role)

  • Attend multiple networking events weekly (BNI groups, Chamber events, meet-up groups, etc.)
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local small businesses—gyms, coffee shops, vitamin stores, salons, etc.
  • Distribute flyers and marketing materials in targeted neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and high-traffic areas
  • Conduct weekly outreach visits to local organizations to promote Unity Chiropractic services

Local Events & Screenings

  • Schedule and execute weekly in-person screenings at health fairs, vitamin shops, fitness studios, and community events
  • Secure paid screening opportunities at festivals, farmer’s markets, expos, and community gatherings
  • Set up booth/table displays and confidently engage with attendees to communicate our mission
  • Book prepaid new patient appointments directly onsite
  • Coordinate staff scheduling for larger events and ensure event-day performance

Performance & Tracking

  • Track outreach numbers: conversations, leads, booked appointments, show rates, and conversions
  • Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, offers, and outreach strategy
  • Report weekly KPIs with full transparency
  • Achieve consistent monthly new patient goals for each clinic location

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Outgoing, charismatic, confident, and not afraid to start conversations
  • Comfortable in a performance-driven role
  • Self-motivated with strong time management
  • Able to work evenings/weekends occasionally for events
  • Passionate about holistic health and chiropractic care
  • Organized and able to build systems to track outreach

Bonus: Experience in outside sales, fitness/wellness, events, chiropractic, or community engagement.

Compensation Structure (Competitive + Commission-Based)BASE SALARY:

$45,000–$60,000 annually (depending on experience)

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:

Designed to reward performance at every stage and align incentives with clinic growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
