We are seeking a full-time Marketing Director whose sole focus is to increase new patient volume across all four clinics through community outreach, networking, partnerships, and event-based marketing.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Community Outreach (Primary Role)
- Attend multiple networking events weekly (BNI groups, Chamber events, meet-up groups, etc.)
- Build and maintain partnerships with local small businesses—gyms, coffee shops, vitamin stores, salons, etc.
- Distribute flyers and marketing materials in targeted neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and high-traffic areas
- Conduct weekly outreach visits to local organizations to promote Unity Chiropractic services
Local Events & Screenings
- Schedule and execute weekly in-person screenings at health fairs, vitamin shops, fitness studios, and community events
- Secure paid screening opportunities at festivals, farmer’s markets, expos, and community gatherings
- Set up booth/table displays and confidently engage with attendees to communicate our mission
- Book prepaid new patient appointments directly onsite
- Coordinate staff scheduling for larger events and ensure event-day performance
Performance & Tracking
- Track outreach numbers: conversations, leads, booked appointments, show rates, and conversions
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize messaging, offers, and outreach strategy
- Report weekly KPIs with full transparency
- Achieve consistent monthly new patient goals for each clinic location

Compensation Structure (Competitive + Commission-Based)BASE SALARY:
$45,000–$60,000 annually (depending on experience)
COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
Designed to reward performance at every stage and align incentives with clinic growth.
