Production Executive - HUB

<ul><li>Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts and identify and investigate any discrepancies or unrecorded transactions between bank statements and company ledgers.</li><li>Ensure timely posting of bank transactions, including payments, receipts, and bank charges.</li><li>Coordinate with banks to resolve unadjusted items or transaction queries.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of all reconciliations and adjustments for audit purposes.</li><li>Ensure proper coding and classification of expenses as per company chart of accounts.</li><li>Assist in month-end and year-end closings by preparing schedules and supporting documents.</li><li>Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.</li><li>Ensure compliance with approval hierarchies and company payment policies.</li><li>Maintain records of post-dated cheques, advance payments, and security deposits.</li><li>Support internal and external audits by providing required data and reconciliations.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
