A Sales Engineer &ndash; Electrical (Turnkey Projects) is responsible for technical sales and business development of end-to-end electrical turnkey solutions. The role involves handling projects from pre-sales to handover, including design coordination, costing, proposal preparation, and client interaction for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities Pre-Sales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities for electrical turnkey projects</li><li>Understand client requirements, tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications</li><li>Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies</li><li>Prepare technical and commercial proposals for EPC/turnkey projects</li><li>Participate in pre-bid meetings and client negotiations</li></ul>Technical &amp; Commercial Activities<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing strategies</li><li>Coordinate with design, estimation, and procurement teams</li><li>Select electrical equipment (HT/LT panels, transformers, cables, DG sets, UPS, lighting, earthing, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes and standards (IEC, IS, IEEE, NEC)</li><li>Support contract finalization and order closure</li></ul>Project Coordination<ul><li>Act as a link between clients and project execution teams</li><li>Support project handover from sales to execution</li><li>Assist during installation, testing, commissioning, and snag resolution</li><li>Address technical queries and variation orders during execution</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users</li><li>Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and PMC teams</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business</li></ul>Required Skills Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of electrical turnkey systems:</li><li>HT/LT power distribution</li><li>Substations and transformers</li><li>Cable routing and termination</li><li>Lighting and power systems</li><li>Earthing and lightning protection</li><li>DG, UPS, and solar integration (preferred)</li><li>Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and tender documents</li><li>Estimation and costing for EPC projects</li></ul>Sales &amp; Soft Skills<ul><li>Strong negotiation and presentation skills</li><li>Commercial awareness and contract understanding</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills</li><li>Time management and multitasking</li><li>Willingness to travel to project sites</li></ul>Educational Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical &amp; Electronics Engineering</li><li>Certifications in project management or estimation are an advantage</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years in electrical EPC or turnkey project sales (preferred)</li><li>Freshers Also Welcome</li><li>Exposure to industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or utility projects</li></ul>Work Environment<ul><li>Office-based pre-sales work combined with site visits</li><li>Interaction with multiple stakeholders (clients, consultants, contractors, vendors)</li><li>Fast-paced, target-oriented environment</li></ul>Career Growth<ul><li>Senior Sales Engineer &ndash; Projects</li><li>Key Account / Business Development Manager</li><li>Project Manager &ndash; Electrical</li><li>Sales Manager &ndash; EPC / Turnkey</li><li>MEP Head / Technical Consultant</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Sales: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English,Hindi,Marathi (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Pimple Soudagar, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>25% (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
