Position Overview:

As Marketing Coordinator, you&rsquo;ll be the operational backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, leads are nurtured effectively, and our brand voice is consistently presented across every channel.

Note: This is an on-site position. Candidates must reside in or near DeLand, Florida to qualify. 


What You&rsquo;ll Achieve

Marketing Campaign Management
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting SMBs and enterprise clients</li>
<li>Create and manage content calendars for social media, email marketing, and blog posts</li>
<li>Track campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and ROI reports</li>
</ul>
Content Creation &amp; Management
<ul>
<li>Write and edit technical content including case studies, white papers, and service descriptions</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage website content updates and ensure SEO best practices</li>
</ul><ul><li>Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry forums</li>
</ul>
Lead Generation &amp; Nurturing
<ul>
<li>Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage marketing automation platforms and email campaigns</li>
</ul><ul><li>Qualify and score marketing leads before passing to sales team</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows</li>
</ul>
Digital Marketing
<ul>
<li>Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) within allocated budgets</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience</li>
</ul><ul><li>Implement and track conversion optimization strategies</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain CRM data integrity and marketing database hygiene</li>
</ul>
Market Research &amp; Analysis
<ul>
<li>Conduct competitive analysis and market research</li>
</ul><ul><li>Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies</li>
</ul><ul><li>Analyze customer feedback and market positioning</li>
</ul><ul><li>Support pricing strategy and go-to-market planning</li></ul> 


What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience coordinating marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, social, or events)</li>
</ul><ul><li>CRM experience (Keap/Infusionsoft)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with list management: importing, cleaning, tagging, and segmenting</li>
</ul><ul><li>Graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent) for quick-turn assets</li>
</ul><ul><li>Social media management (posting, monitoring, and engagement)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines</li>
</ul><ul><li>Good written communication and copy-editing skills</li>
</ul><ul><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to track metrics and report results</li>
</ul><ul><li>Copy/proofing ability (to refine TMT content)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Reporting mindset (to measure campaign ROI)</li>
</ul><ul><li>Internal communication (to keep SDRs and leadership aligned)</li>
</ul>
Nice-to-Have
<ul>
<li>Prior exposure to Technology Marketing Toolkit (TMT) campaigns.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Event coordination experience (webinars, trade shows, chamber events).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Familiarity with website/CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) to update landing pages and forms.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Vendor/partner coordination, including MDF (market development funds) management.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience aligning sales and marketing, providing SDRs with scripts or collateral.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Comfort with basic IT/technology terms and MSP industry context.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Light content support (blog posts, email drafting, campaign copy polishing).</li> 
</ul>
