Position Overview:

As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our marketing engine, ensuring campaigns run smoothly, leads are nurtured effectively, and our brand voice is consistently presented across every channel.

Note: This is an on-site position. Candidates must reside in or near DeLand, Florida to qualify.


What You’ll Achieve

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting SMBs and enterprise clients
  • Create and manage content calendars for social media, email marketing, and blog posts
  • Track campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and ROI reports

Content Creation & Management

  • Write and edit technical content including case studies, white papers, and service descriptions
  • Develop marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales enablement materials
  • Manage website content updates and ensure SEO best practices
  • Create engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry forums

Lead Generation & Nurturing

  • Support lead generation activities through digital marketing channels
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and email campaigns
  • Qualify and score marketing leads before passing to sales team
  • Develop and maintain lead nurturing workflows

Digital Marketing

  • Manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) within allocated budgets
  • Monitor and optimize website performance and user experience
  • Implement and track conversion optimization strategies
  • Maintain CRM data integrity and marketing database hygiene

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Analyze customer feedback and market positioning
  • Support pricing strategy and go-to-market planning

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns (direct mail, email, social, or events)
  • CRM experience (Keap/Infusionsoft)
  • Familiarity with list management: importing, cleaning, tagging, and segmenting
  • Graphic design ability (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent) for quick-turn assets
  • Social media management (posting, monitoring, and engagement)
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Good written communication and copy-editing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track metrics and report results
  • Copy/proofing ability (to refine TMT content)
  • Reporting mindset (to measure campaign ROI)
  • Internal communication (to keep SDRs and leadership aligned)

Nice-to-Have

  • Prior exposure to Technology Marketing Toolkit (TMT) campaigns.
  • Event coordination experience (webinars, trade shows, chamber events).
  • Familiarity with website/CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) to update landing pages and forms.
  • Vendor/partner coordination, including MDF (market development funds) management.
  • Analytics knowledge (Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools).
  • Experience aligning sales and marketing, providing SDRs with scripts or collateral.
  • Comfort with basic IT/technology terms and MSP industry context.
  • Light content support (blog posts, email drafting, campaign copy polishing).
