In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and supporting our marketing and sales initiatives through data-driven insights. Your expertise will help us enhance client engagement, streamline processes, and drive business growth through innovative CRM strategies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the development and execution of retention strategies across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation to drive retention, lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and satisfaction</li><li>Build, QA, and launch campaigns and automated flows across all CRM channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and referral</li><li>Execute campaigns end-to-end, including creative briefing and feedback, segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and scheduling</li><li>Pulling and gathering data from carrier websites</li><li>Lead call routing (Retreaver, TrackDrive, Ringba experience preferred)</li><li>Set-up and execute A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, messaging content, timing, offers, and channels to refine messaging and improve business outcomes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience working with CRM platforms such as Go High Level or similar.</li><li>Analytical and Detail-Oriented</li><li>High level of Excel Experience</li><li>Inclusive Partner: You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and value building open, respectful relationships.</li><li>Curious Thinker and Growth-Oriented: You look for ways to improve processes and enjoy learning new approaches.</li><li>Resilient and Solutions-focused: You are proactive, comfortable supporting multiple projects, and take initiative to propose improvements.</li><li>Customer-Centric: You prioritize the needs and experiences of our customers.
