Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our customer relationship management systems, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and supporting our marketing and sales initiatives through data-driven insights. Your expertise will help us enhance client engagement, streamline processes, and drive business growth through innovative CRM strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of retention strategies across onboarding, engagement, and reactivation to drive retention, lifetime value, repeat purchase rate, and satisfaction
  • Build, QA, and launch campaigns and automated flows across all CRM channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and referral
  • Execute campaigns end-to-end, including creative briefing and feedback, segmentation, personalization, dynamic content, and scheduling
  • Pulling and gathering data from carrier websites
  • Lead call routing (Retreaver, TrackDrive, Ringba experience preferred)
  • Set-up and execute A/B and multivariate testing across subject lines, messaging content, timing, offers, and channels to refine messaging and improve business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms such as Go High Level or similar.
  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented
  • High level of Excel Experience

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
