SUMMMARY

Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking a Dynamics 365 Systems CRM Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term enhancements, this role serves as the administrative and technical expert behind the question: “Can the system do this—and how?” and leads the execution of appropriate configurations within Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Sales Enablement & Reporting:

  • Support the needs of salespeople, sales managers, and the CRM Administrator by ensuring the CRM system delivers critical, actionable information such as key performance indicators (KPIs), sales activities, leads, pipeline status, and other essential sales data.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows that empower the sales team to make informed decisions, prioritize opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to continuously refine the system’s ability to deliver timely, relevant insights that support sales strategy and execution.

Technical Evaluation & Feasibility:

  • Assess the viability of proposed enhancements or business requirements by determining what Dynamics can support natively, what requires configuration, and what may require custom development or third-party solutions.

Solution Scoping & Design:

  • Translate business needs into detailed system specifications, including workflows, data structures, automation, and integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define scalable, practical solutions and articulate how the system can do this.

System Maintenance & Configuration:

  • Manage day-to-day administration of Dynamics, including user management, field and form configuration, workflow rules, dashboards, security permissions, and integrations. Ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance.

User Support & Issue Resolution:

  • Serve as an expert resource for CRM users by troubleshooting issues, investigating bugs, and providing clear guidance on system functionality and best practices.

Enhancement Implementation:

  • Execute approved system improvements through configuration or coordinate with internal developers and external vendors on more complex customizations and integrations.

Documentation & Governance:

  • Collaborate with CRM support resources and stakeholders to maintain clear documentation of system architecture, configuration decisions, processes, and user guides to ensure continuity and internal knowledge sharing.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with CRM support resources, IT, development teams, and business stakeholders to ensure technical changes align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable business value.

Product Roadmap:

  • Maintain awareness of the Microsoft Dynamics product roadmap and leverage new capabilities to support Partner’s effective use of the platform.
  • Coordinate with other internal product managers to ensure alignment with broader product and platform strategies.

Stability:

  • Monitor the Dynamics environment to ensure appropriate usage, system stability, scalability, and cost effectiveness.

Other CRM or Adjacent Responsibilities:

  • Support additional CRM-related or adjacent business technologies as needed, including learning and utilizing complementary tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, ClickDimensions, and other marketing automation or analytics platforms.

Qualifications

  • Team player with strong emotional intelligence (EQ)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Enjoys brainstorming with others for creative solutions to complex business needs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in databases and data structures
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM (D365)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform components (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Platform environments)
  • Working knowledge of SQL for reporting, data analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting system integrations and working with APIs
  • Working knowledge of CRM connectivity to ERP, project management, and billing systems
  • Background supporting or training end users

Added Plus:

  • Experience in real estate, financial services, or related industries is a plus
  • Exposure to B2B services sales cycles (longer sales cycles, repeat clients, relationship-based selling)
  • Understanding of project-based businesses, including proposals, scopes of work, projects, and invoicing
  • Experience with additional CRM platforms and integrated business systems

COMPENSATION

Salary range: $30 - $33/hr. This is what we reasonably expect to pay for the role

The pay scale for this role considers a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note, the disclosed pay scale estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic location where the position may be filled.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive bonus program which is dependent on various factors, including, but not limited to individual and organizational performance.
