We are seeking a detail-oriented and upbeat Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation in our office environment.*Responsibilities*- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email- Support office staff with various administrative tasks*Qualifications*- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions- Proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office applications- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines promptly- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy- Experience with phone systems and handling customer inquiries is beneficialJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Office: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chicopee, MA 01013 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
