UOVO, seeks a full-time Estimator to join UOVO&rsquo;s Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organization, analytic, and logistics-oriented skills and is comfortable working both collaboratively and independently in a results driven environment. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our prospective clients' needs and our operational teams. You will be responsible for translating complex logistical challenges&mdash;from single-artwork shipments to complex multi-phased projects&mdash;into clear, accurate, and competitive proposals. </div><p>Core Responsibilities
</p><div><div><div><ul><li>Analyze the scope and cost of a wide range of fine art service projects including packing, crating, installation, viewings, as well as local, national, and international shipping.</li>
<li>Prepare estimates with a focus on accuracy, responsiveness, cost effectiveness, and scheduling efficiency.</li>
<li>Partner with the UOVO Business Development Team to estimate and plan the efficient movement of prospective client property into UOVO facilities.</li>
<li>Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound service inquiries from a variety of prospective clients including galleries, museums, private collectors, artists, foundations, estates, and a wide range of other clientele.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the UOVO Business Development Administrative Team to onboard new clients ensuring all required documentation is completed.</li>
<li>Conduct and document site visits in the local area and assess project needs with collaboration and support of UOVO Operations Teams.</li>
<li>Prepare, organize, and distill relevant project details including inventory lists, photo documentation, scope of work, materials lists, equipment needs, and inventory management expectations into clear and concise documentation for a seamless transition to UOVO&rsquo;s Operations Teams.</li>
<li>Coordinate with third party vendors and partners to develop comprehensive client focused solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain meticulous records and documentation throughout all internal processes.</li>

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, experience working in Houston art services and transportation industries and will be comfortable scheduling and project managing daily transport operations for UOVO&rsquo;s trucking fleet. The Dispatcher will report to UOVO&rsquo;s Technical Services Supervisor.</div></div></div>

</p><div><div><div><ul><li>Efficient scheduling of all Transport work in conjunction with the Technical Services Supervisor and the Transportation Coordinators, including but not limited to deliveries, collects, offsite installations and de-installations, large-scale pack jobs and art fairs, prioritizing safety of property and positive client experience.</li>
<li>Manage and allocate art handler/driver assignments on UOVO&rsquo;s operational systems, ensuring all Transport team members have the information necessary to complete their daily assignments.</li>

UOVO seeks a Associate Director of Facilities to join its dynamic and growing team. The Associate Director of Facilities is responsible for overall facility operations, facilities budgets, capital planning, and projects in conjunction with the General Manager and Facilities Vice President.</div><div>

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of general facility directoring experience, experience working in maintenance of warehouses/industrial facilities, and managing climate controlled space. The position requires strong technical knowledge as well as an understanding of workplace safety. The primary location for this role is UOVO&rsquo;s Los Angeles facility with regular travel to UOVOs Anaheim, South San Francisco, and Livermore, CA facility as well.</div></div></div>

</p><div><div><div><ul><li>Maintenance management of mechanical equipment, fire suppression systems, security systems, overhead doors, HVAC equipment, pumps, water filtration systems, dock equipment, electrical systems, and office space</li>
