You&rsquo;ll also get to spend some days with Scout, our friendly office dog who loves greeting clients as much as we do.About the RoleAs the Front Office Manager, you&rsquo;ll oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the client experience matches the excellence of our care. You&rsquo;ll be the first point of contact for clients&mdash;greeting them with warmth, managing the schedule, coordinating communication, and supporting our team behind the scenes.This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, confident, and proactive. You&rsquo;ll also take full ownership of our social media presence, helping us share the energy and authenticity of the UpSlope brand with the community.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet and assist clients with professionalism, positivity, and care</li><li>Manage scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, and client communication</li><li>Handle incoming calls, emails, and texts with accuracy and warmth</li><li>Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming at all times</li><li>Maintain accurate records and documentation (IntakeQ, CM Hub, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.)</li><li>Oversee social media content creation&mdash;planning, filming, editing, and posting photos and videos that capture our brand voice and clinic culture</li><li>Track social media engagement, brainstorm creative ideas, and highlight client success stories (with permission)</li><li>Support operations and special projects like data tracking, reporting, and efficiency improvements</li><li>Manage billing tasks (charging cards, reconciling payments, maintaining accurate records)</li><li>Assist ownership with day-to-day administrative tasks and business operations</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Need to Be SuccessfulRequired Experience:<ul><li>Prior experience in a front desk, administrative assistant, or office management role</li><li>Exceptional organization, communication, and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism</li><li>Comfortable learning and working with multiple platforms (Google Voice, Slack, Canva, Google Workspace, and more)</li><li>Strong initiative and ability to self-manage without constant supervision</li><li>Comfortable planning, filming, editing, and posting on social media</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul><li>Some college coursework or an Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Communications</li><li>Experience in a medical, fitness, or wellness setting</li><li>Experience with content creation, social media management, or marketing</li></ul>Why You&rsquo;ll Love Working Here<ul><li>Competitive pay: $20&ndash;$25/hour (based on experience)</li><li>A business that cares deeply about its team and their personal goals</li><li>A supportive, fun, and active work environment</li><li>Free gym membership</li><li>The world&rsquo;s best office dog, Scout</li><li>Opportunities to grow your role and take on more leadership over time</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
