Build reusable templates and motion styles that boost production speed without sacrificing brand quality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Produce high quality short videos/reels (vertical and horizontal).</li><li>Design social carousels, ad creatives, thumbnails, and blog imagery.</li><li>Maintain brand kits; create reusable templates and LUTs/presets.</li><li>Edit quickly with feedback loops via Jira; manage versions in Drive.</li><li>Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, B-roll, and image generation (within brand guardrails).</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Expert for hooks and CTAs.</li><li>Export correctly for each platform; ensure captioning and accessibility.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Tools<ul><li>Portfolio showing video edits and static design for social.</li><li>Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Photoshop/Illustrator) or DaVinci Resolve + CapCut.</li><li>Figma/Canva for rapid iterations; typography and layout fundamentals.</li><li>AI tools: ChatGPT/Gemini for scripts, Midjourney/Firefly/Ideogram for visuals (optional).</li><li>Strong file hygiene: naming, aspect ratios, safe margins, and delivery specs.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have<ul><li>Basic motion graphics and sound design.</li><li>Photography basics; product shot cleanups.</li><li>Experience with brand systems and content calendars.</li></ul>Reporting Line<ul><li>Reports to: Digital Marketing Expert</li></ul>Compensation, Location, Schedule<ul><li>Compensation: &#8377;25,000 per month (CTC).</li><li>Location: Hyderabad; remote/hybrid.</li><li>Schedule: Core India hours; occasional evening sync with US for launches.</li></ul>KPIs (Initial Days work)<ul><li>Ship 25&ndash;30 approved assets (mix of reels/posters/carousels) on time.</li><li>Cut average turnaround time few hours per asset after week 4.</li><li>Achieve &ge;15% engagement lift on assets vs prior baseline.</li><li>Maintain 100% usage of templates/naming conventions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
