Role Summary

Create short-form videos, reels, posters, carousels, and blog visuals. Build reusable templates and motion styles that boost production speed without sacrificing brand quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high quality short videos/reels (vertical and horizontal).
• Design social carousels, ad creatives, thumbnails, and blog imagery.
• Maintain brand kits; create reusable templates and LUTs/presets.
• Edit quickly with feedback loops via Jira; manage versions in Drive.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, B-roll, and image generation (within brand guardrails).
• Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Expert for hooks and CTAs.
• Export correctly for each platform; ensure captioning and accessibility.

Required Skills & Tools

• Portfolio showing video edits and static design for social.
• Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro/After Effects/Photoshop/Illustrator) or DaVinci Resolve + CapCut.
• Figma/Canva for rapid iterations; typography and layout fundamentals.
• AI tools: ChatGPT/Gemini for scripts, Midjourney/Firefly/Ideogram for visuals (optional).
• Strong file hygiene: naming, aspect ratios, safe margins, and delivery specs.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic motion graphics and sound design.
• Photography basics; product shot cleanups.
• Experience with brand systems and content calendars.

Reporting Line

• Reports to: Digital Marketing Expert

Compensation, Location, Schedule

• Compensation: ₹25,000 per month (CTC).
• Location: Hyderabad; remote/hybrid.
• Schedule: Core India hours; occasional evening sync with US for launches.

KPIs (Initial Days work)

• Ship 25–30 approved assets (mix of reels/posters/carousels) on time.
• Cut average turnaround time few hours per asset after week 4.
• Achieve ≥15% engagement lift on assets vs prior baseline.
• Maintain 100% usage of templates/naming conventions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
