PROJECT COORDINATORLocation: Greater Noida, Uttar PradeshExperience: 1&ndash;3 YearsSalary: As per normsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCamp Coordination<ul><li>Plan and organize community camps, awareness drives, and field events</li><li>Manage logistics including venue, materials, and participant scheduling</li><li>Ensure smooth execution of all camp activities</li><li>Maintain records of camp activities, attendance, and outcomes</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, community members, and partner organizations</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders</li><li>Facilitate regular meetings, follow-ups, and progress updates</li><li>Resolve coordination issues in a timely and professional manner</li></ul>Mobilization &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Mobilize communities and local groups for project participation</li><li>Coordinate with field teams for outreach and awareness programs</li><li>Ensure smooth communication between head office and field locations</li></ul>Data Collection<ul><li>Collect, compile, and verify data from field activities</li><li>Maintain accurate project records, MIS reports, and beneficiary databases</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports</li><li>Ensure data quality and compliance with project standards</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in any relevant field</li><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi and English</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets</li><li>Willingness to travel within Greater Noida / NCR</li><li>Prior NGO / NPO / field experience preferred</li></ul>――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――IMPORTANT NOTICE &amp; LEGAL DISCLAIMER――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――1.
