Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Community Mobilization &amp; Outreach</li><li>Conduct awareness campaigns, information sessions, and village-level camps to inform citizens about government welfare schemes and services.</li><li>Carry out door-to-door visits to identify and enroll eligible beneficiaries.</li><li>Build trust and maintain strong relationships with local leaders, SHGs, and community stakeholders.</li><li>Target Achievement</li><li>Enroll a minimum of 140 beneficiaries every month under at least 5 government schemes and services.</li><li>Ensure balanced outreach across all 20 identified villages as per the list provided.</li><li>Data Collection &amp; Reporting</li><li>Collect beneficiary details accurately and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Submit daily/weekly progress reports to the Project Manager.</li><li>Track enrollment numbers against monthly targets.</li><li>Camp Organization &amp; Facilitation</li><li>Organize village-level camps with the support of the foundation team.</li><li>Facilitate the presence of government officials or resource persons during awareness camps.</li><li>Coordination &amp; Support</li><li>Coordinate with local Panchayat members, health workers, and government representatives.</li><li>Provide handholding support to beneficiaries during the application process.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication skills in Hindi and local dialects.</li><li>Ability to travel extensively across villages.</li><li>Target-driven, self-motivated, and committed to social development.</li></ul>Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Minimum 140 beneficiaries enrolled per month.</li><li>Coverage of allotted 20 villages.</li><li>Quality and accuracy of data collection.</li><li>Number of successful camps conducted.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Contractual / Temporary, Volunteer Contract length: 2 monthsPay: Up to &#8377;8,000.00 per monthExpected Start Date: 01/09/2025
