PROJECT COORDINATOR

Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: As per norms

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Camp Coordination

• Plan and organize community camps, awareness drives, and field events
• Manage logistics including venue, materials, and participant scheduling
• Ensure smooth execution of all camp activities
• Maintain records of camp activities, attendance, and outcomes

Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, community members, and partner organizations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
• Facilitate regular meetings, follow-ups, and progress updates
• Resolve coordination issues in a timely and professional manner

Mobilization & Coordination

• Mobilize communities and local groups for project participation
• Coordinate with field teams for outreach and awareness programs
• Ensure smooth communication between head office and field locations

Data Collection

• Collect, compile, and verify data from field activities
• Maintain accurate project records, MIS reports, and beneficiary databases
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Ensure data quality and compliance with project standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
• Willingness to travel within Greater Noida / NCR
• Prior NGO / NPO / field experience preferred

The candidate will handle sensitive beneficiary and community data as part of this role. Misuse, unauthorized sharing, or leaking of such data will be a direct violation of organizational policy and may attract legal consequences under applicable data protection laws.

5. CODE OF CONDUCT

All employees are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct, integrity, and respect in all field and office interactions. Any act of misconduct, harassment, corruption, or fraud will result in immediate termination and, where applicable, legal proceedings.

6. NO FEE POLICY

Uplift Live Foundation does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment process — including application, interview, or appointment. If anyone demands payment on behalf of the organization, please report it immediately to our official contact. Such individuals will be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

7. JURISDICTION

Any disputes arising out of this employment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Greater Noida / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
