Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Nanny to provide overnight care and support for infants and young children. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in families&rsquo; lives while showcasing your expertise in childcare.Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide attentive overnight care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and comforting as needed</li><li>Monitor children&rsquo;s sleep patterns and assist in establishing consistent bedtime routines</li><li>Prepare nutritious meals and snacks suitable for young children, ensuring dietary needs are met</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing light cleaning tasks related to childcare supplies and areas</li><li>Administer first aid promptly and appropriately in case of minor injuries or emergencies</li><li>Support developmental activities such as reading stories, singing lullabies, or engaging in age-appropriate play</li><li>Collaborate with parents to understand specific care instructions, routines, and preferences</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience working with children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers</li><li>Strong knowledge of child safety protocols and first aid certification</li><li>Ability to perform light cleaning tasks related to childcare areas and supplies</li><li>Experience with meal preparation tailored for young children&rsquo;s nutritional needs</li><li>Prior nannying or babysitting experience with a focus on nighttime caregiving preferred</li><li>Comfort working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with parents and caregivers</li></ul>Join us if you&rsquo;re passionate about nurturing little ones during their most restful hours!
