We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Agent specializing in customer inquiries to join our self storage team in Tabernash, Colorado. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service , managing rentals and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Assist customers by taking payments, transferring units , move out procedures and inquiries into their account</li><li>Assist customer with rentals and reservations</li><li>Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues related to their accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to walk ins by demonstrating hospitality management skills and customer relations expertise.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous experience in self storage is desired</li><li>Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Microsoft Office experience perferred</li></ul>Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
