We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Center Agent specializing in customer inquiries to join our self storage team in Tabernash, Colorado. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service , managing rentals and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, customer service experience, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist customers by taking payments, transferring units , move out procedures and inquiries into their account
- Assist customer with rentals and reservations
- Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues related to their accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere to walk ins by demonstrating hospitality management skills and customer relations expertise.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in self storage is desired
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft Office experience perferred
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
