 We&rsquo;re seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing team at one of New York City&rsquo;s premier tanning salons. This is a hands-on leadership role where you&rsquo;ll work closely with the Store Manager and Owner to ensure the salon runs smoothly, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets business goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 <ul>

 Lead by example to provide outstanding service to every client.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching salon staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the salon is spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support marketing efforts and membership sales goals.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;3 years of retail, hospitality, or salon management experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and resolve issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reliable, organized, and proactive &mdash; you notice and handle things before they become problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-friendly (POS systems, scheduling software).
 </li>
 <li>
 Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus.
 </li>
