Salon Receptionist (Manager Track)

We’re seeking an Assistant Manager to join our growing team at one of New York City’s premier tanning salons. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Owner to ensure the salon runs smoothly, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and meets business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by example to provide outstanding service to every client.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching salon staff.
• Oversee daily operations
• Ensure the salon is spotless, welcoming, and fully stocked at all times.
• Support marketing efforts and membership sales goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of retail, hospitality, or salon management experience.
• Strong people skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and resolve issues.
• Reliable, organized, and proactive — you notice and handle things before they become problems.
• Tech-friendly (POS systems, scheduling software).
• Interest in beauty, skincare, or wellness is a plus.
