Now Hiring: Overnight Caregiver at Bethany Place Assisted LivingBethany Place is seeking a compassionate and dependable Overnight Caregiver to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, enjoys a calm overnight environment, and wants to be part of a supportive care team.Our caregivers play an important role in ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and supported throughout the night. We are committed to providing a workplace where staff feel valued and supported.Benefits include<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>7 paid holidays annually (double pay if worked)</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>$20/month MUV Fitness membership</li><li>PC Emergency Fund for unexpected financial needs</li><li>Free continuing education and training opportunities</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Dispense scheduled and PRN medications</li><li>Cue residents for meals and medications</li><li>Take and document vital signs</li><li>Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) when needed (Most residents are highly independent)</li><li>Maintain clean and orderly common areas</li><li>Ensure resident safety and accountability throughout the shift</li><li>Complete light housekeeping and other support tasks as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Active HCA or CNA license (or valid grandfathered NAR), or willingness to begin the HCA certification process with company support</li><li>CPR/First Aid certification (assistance available if needed)</li><li>Food Handler&rsquo;s Permit within 14 days of hire</li><li>Willingness to complete company training within 60 days in:</li><li>Mental Health Specialty Training</li><li>Dementia Specialty Training</li><li>Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training</li><li>Must be 18 years or older</li><li>Must pass a WA State DSHS background check</li><li>Professional attitude and commitment to high-quality care</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds</li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and twisting</li><li>Standing and walking for extended periods</li><li>Regularly climbing and descending stairs</li><li>Pushing and maneuvering carts, equipment, and furniture</li><li>Performing cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products</li></ul>Our Commitment to ResidentsBethany Place is a resident-centered community where dignity, safety, and connection matter.To ensure residents receive our full attention, personal cell phones are kept in the secured medication room during work hours and may be used during breaks or emergencies.This policy applies consistently to all staff and is a condition of employment.Pay: $22.00 per hourExpected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Free parking</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Paid training</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
