</li></ul>Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Accurately process high-volume AR/AP transactions in a deadline driven environment.
</li></ul><ul><li>Manage and resolve billing inquiries, vendor payments issues, and customer account discrepancies.</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payment plans, and correspondence.</li><li>
Generate customer statements, monitor aging reports, and support collection efforts.</li><li>
Assist in month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliation.</li><li>
Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and workflow efficiency.
</li><li>Train and support junior team members and collaborate across departments.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in accounting or related field in general accounting
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly</li><li>
Proven communication, time management and organizational skills
</li><li>Self-motivated with strong work ethic</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
</li><li>Knowledge of NetSuite, QuickBooks and Concur highly desirable</li></ul>
