Responsibilities:
- Accurately process high-volume AR/AP transactions in a deadline driven environment.
- Manage and resolve billing inquiries, vendor payments issues, and customer account discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, payment plans, and correspondence.

Generate customer statements, monitor aging reports, and support collection efforts.

Assist in month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliation.

Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and workflow efficiency.
- Train and support junior team members and collaborate across departments.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field in general accounting
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly

Proven communication, time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications:

Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of NetSuite, QuickBooks and Concur highly desirable
