We are looking for a goal-oriented individual with strong verbal communication skills to help guide customers to the right decision&hellip;US!Entry Level Account Manager Requirements:<ul><li>Drive customer engagement and excitement for the brand using engaging sales techniques</li><li>Evaluate customer needs in order to upsell products and wireless services to increase company profit margins</li><li>Become an expert in negotiation by utilizing persuasive sales techniques and your ability to overturn objections as an Entry Level Account Manager</li><li>Record detailed reports of all sales interactions through accurate dispositioning of leads, tracking customer talk to&rsquo;s, submitting complete sales orders, and utilizing customer rehash systems as outlined in the company systems and policies handbook</li><li>Attend weekly company sales goals meetings to discuss individual and team performance, campaign goals, and quality control metrics</li><li>Conduct in-person sales presentations; rely on active listening skills to find quality solutions for customer wireless service needs alongside other Entry Level Account Managers</li></ul>Entry Level Account Manager Qualifications:<ul><li>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with prospective customers</li><li>Familiarity with basic customer service and sales techniques</li><li>Curious by nature and takes the initiative to self-educate</li><li>Reliable daily transportation to our office, this is an on-site role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
