Job Title: Site EngineerJob SummaryThe Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring that construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project timelines, and quality standards. The role involves coordination between different disciplines, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities1. Site Execution &amp; Supervision<ul><li>Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.</li><li>Ensure work is carried out as per approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements.</li><li>Monitor daily progress and report to the Project Manager.</li><li>Ensure proper sequencing of works to avoid delays.</li></ul>2. Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams (civil, MEP, joinery, etc.).</li><li>Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.</li><li>Attend site meetings and provide technical input.</li></ul>3. Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Raise and follow up on WIRs (Work Inspection Requests).</li><li>Monitor material approvals and ensure only approved materials are used.</li><li>Identify and rectify defects or non-conformances.</li></ul>4. Planning &amp; Progress Tracking<ul><li>Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress against the project schedule.</li><li>Assist in preparing lookahead programs.</li><li>Highlight delays and propose mitigation measures.</li></ul>5. Technical Support<ul><li>Interpret drawings and resolve technical issues on site.</li><li>Coordinate with the design team for clarifications (RFI process).</li><li>Ensure proper implementation of shop drawings.</li></ul>6. Health &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure compliance with HSE policies and site safety regulations.</li><li>Conduct site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Coordinate with safety officers for toolbox talks and risk assessments.</li></ul>7. Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (ADM Approved)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer who can independently handle design, estimation, tender pricing, and full project execution for construction and fit-out projects.The candidate must be an ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) approved / licensed engineer and capable of leading electrical works from concept to handover.Key Responsibilities1. Design &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Prepare complete electrical designs including:</li><li>Load calculations</li><li>Single Line Diagrams (SLD)</li><li>Lighting &amp; power layouts</li><li>Earthing &amp; lightning protection systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with:</li><li>ADM regulations</li><li>ADDC requirements</li><li>UAE Electrical Codes &amp; standards</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings</li></ul>2. Authority Approvals (Critical Requirement)<ul><li>Handle submissions and approvals with:</li><li>ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality)</li><li>ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company) / TAQA</li><li>Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet authority standards</li><li>Attend inspections and secure final approvals</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and review:</li><li>Material submittals (MIR)</li><li>Shop drawings</li><li>Method statements</li><li>RFIs</li><li>Maintain proper logs and documentation for approvals</li></ul>7.
