Job Title: Fit-Out Project ManagerJob SummaryThe Fit-Out Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering interior fit-out projects from initiation to final handover. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with contract specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning &amp; Execution<ul><li>Manage full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, F&amp;B, hospitality, offices, etc.).</li><li>Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.</li><li>Develop detailed project execution plan, timeline, and resource allocation.</li><li>Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (ADM, DMT, Civil Defense, ADDC, etc.).</li></ul>2. Budget &amp; Cost Control<ul><li>Prepare and monitor project budget.</li><li>Control material procurement and subcontractor costs.</li><li>Review variations, prepare cost impact analysis, and negotiate approvals.</li><li>Monitor project cash flow and ensure timely invoicing and certification.</li></ul>3.
