Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineer (ADM Approved)Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer who can independently handle design, estimation, tender pricing, and full project execution for construction and fit-out projects.The candidate must be an ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality) approved / licensed engineer and capable of leading electrical works from concept to handover.Key Responsibilities1. Design &amp; Engineering<ul><li>Prepare complete electrical designs including:</li><li>Load calculations</li><li>Single Line Diagrams (SLD)</li><li>Lighting &amp; power layouts</li><li>Earthing &amp; lightning protection systems</li><li>Ensure compliance with:</li><li>ADM regulations</li><li>ADDC requirements</li><li>UAE Electrical Codes &amp; standards</li><li>Review and approve shop drawings and as-built drawings</li></ul>2. Estimation &amp; Tendering<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications</li><li>Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates</li><li>Perform material take-offs and pricing</li><li>Analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations</li><li>Prepare competitive tender submissions with value engineering proposals</li></ul>3. Procurement Support<ul><li>Identify and evaluate electrical materials and suppliers</li><li>Ensure materials comply with project specifications and authority approvals</li><li>Support procurement team in technical comparisons</li></ul>4. Project Execution &amp; Site Management<ul><li>Lead electrical works execution on site</li><li>Coordinate with:</li><li>Project Managers</li><li>Consultants</li><li>Main contractors</li><li>Authorities (ADDC / ADM)</li><li>Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications</li><li>Manage testing, commissioning, and authority inspections</li></ul>5. Authority Approvals (Critical Requirement)<ul><li>Handle submissions and approvals with:</li><li>ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality)</li><li>ADDC (Abu Dhabi Distribution Company) / TAQA</li><li>Ensure all electrical designs and installations meet authority standards</li><li>Attend inspections and secure final approvals</li></ul>6. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare and review:</li><li>Material submittals (MIR)</li><li>Shop drawings</li><li>Method statements</li><li>RFIs</li><li>Maintain proper logs and documentation for approvals</li></ul>7. Procurement Planning<ul><li>Review project drawings, BOQ, and specifications to identify procurement requirements</li><li>Prepare procurement schedules aligned with project timelines</li><li>Coordinate with Project Manager and Planning Engineer on priorities</li></ul>2. Cost Control<ul><li>Achieve cost savings through negotiation and value engineering</li><li>Compare prices and prepare commercial evaluation reports</li><li>Monitor procurement budget vs actual spending</li><li>Support QS team in cost analysis and reporting</li></ul>6. Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with:</li><li>Site Engineers for material requirements</li><li>Storekeepers for stock availability</li><li>Finance team for payment processing</li><li>Ensure materials are delivered with proper documentation</li></ul>7. Logistics &amp; Delivery<ul><li>Track shipment and delivery schedules</li><li>Resolve delays or supply issues proactively</li><li>Coordinate with logistics team for imports (if applicable)</li></ul>8.
