<ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.</li><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine accurate quantities and material take-offs.</li><li>Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project standards.</li><li>Manage cost control and budget monitoring throughout project execution.</li><li>Prepare and submit interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with the project, procurement, and design teams to ensure alignment on cost, scope, and specifications.</li><li>Participate in tender evaluations, negotiations, and value engineering proposals.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE market rates, material prices, and construction methods.</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures.</li><li>Member with S.O.E and Any Municipality in UAE is Must.</li><li>Salary Package is Negation able &amp; depend on experience.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Estimator and Quantity Surveyor In U.A.E: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>S.O.E &amp; Any Municipality in UAE (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
