Civil Estimator Engineer

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out, renovation, and construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to determine accurate quantities and material take-offs.
• Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with project standards.
• Manage cost control and budget monitoring throughout project execution.
• Prepare and submit interim payment applications, variation claims, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with the project, procurement, and design teams to ensure alignment on cost, scope, and specifications.
• Participate in tender evaluations, negotiations, and value engineering proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE market rates, material prices, and construction methods.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and company procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
