Key Responsibilities<ul><li>IPO Execution &amp; Compliance</li><li>Lead and coordinate all secretarial aspects of the IPO process, including drafting offer documents, liaising with SEBI, stock exchanges, and legal advisors.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI ICDR Regulations, and listing obligations.</li><li>Board &amp; Shareholder Governance</li><li>Organize and document board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder meetings related to IPO approvals and disclosures.</li><li>Draft resolutions, minutes, and statutory filings.</li><li>Due Diligence &amp; Documentation</li><li>Manage legal due diligence and ensure timely submission of required documents to regulatory bodies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of disclosures, consents, and approvals.</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination</li><li>Act as a liaison between the company, merchant bankers, auditors, legal counsel, and regulators during the IPO process.</li><li>Ensure timely communication and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Post-IPO Compliance</li><li>Oversee listing compliance, periodic disclosures, and investor relations post-IPO.</li><li>Monitor changes in regulations and ensure ongoing adherence.</li><li>Handle MCA and Sebi requirements.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI); LLB is an advantage.</li><li>Experience: 7&ndash;10 years of corporate</li></ul>Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEBI regulations, MCA portal, stock exchange listing requirements.Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.Reporting Structure<ul><li>Reports to: CFO</li><li>Collaborates with: Legal, Finance, Investor Relations, and Compliance teams</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
