Job DescriptionWe're a botanical skincare brand that formulates and makes everything in-house. Our Marietta studio is part shop, part working lab &mdash; customers come in to buy product, take classes, and watch us make it. We need someone steady, curious, and good with people to help run the floor and the bench.What you'll doSell product and walk customers through routines on the floor. Help teach labs and events (face mask labs, scent blending, NOMUMU mixing). Work the Blend Bar &mdash; weighing, batching, pouring, labeling, packaging. Keep the studio clean and the shelves stocked. Open or close the space.What we're looking forYou need real experience in at least one of these:<ul><li>Specialty retail or beauty sales &mdash; skincare, esthetics, wellness, fragrance, cosmetics counter, or independent boutique. You know how to read a customer and recommend without pushing.</li><li>Esthetician, cosmetology, or makeup background &mdash; license not required, but the working knowledge of skin and ingredients is.</li><li>Hands-on making experience &mdash; small-batch cosmetics, soap, candles, baking, bartending, ceramics, or any craft where you've worked with scales, recipes, and clean process. We care more that you're precise and care about the work than what you've made before.</li></ul>You also need to be:<ul><li>Comfortable on a digital scale and following a formula sheet exactly</li><li>Reliable &mdash; we run on small batches and tight studio hours, no-shows hurt us</li><li>Available weekends and evenings for events</li><li>Genuinely interested in ingredients and willing to learn them deeply</li></ul>Nice to haveClean beauty knowledge, POS experience, comfort on camera or social, or experience teaching/hosting groups.To applySend a short note about your experience and why this role caught your eye to [your email].
