Product Maker & Sales Associate

Job Description

We're a botanical skincare brand that formulates and makes everything in-house. Our Marietta studio is part shop, part working lab — customers come in to buy product, take classes, and watch us make it. We need someone steady, curious, and good with people to help run the floor and the bench.

What you'll do

Sell product and walk customers through routines on the floor. Help teach labs and events (face mask labs, scent blending, NOMUMU mixing). Work the Blend Bar — weighing, batching, pouring, labeling, packaging. Keep the studio clean and the shelves stocked. Open or close the space.

What we're looking for

You need real experience in at least one of these:

• Specialty retail or beauty sales — skincare, esthetics, wellness, fragrance, cosmetics counter, or independent boutique. You know how to read a customer and recommend without pushing.
• Esthetician, cosmetology, or makeup background — license not required, but the working knowledge of skin and ingredients is.
• Hands-on making experience — small-batch cosmetics, soap, candles, baking, bartending, ceramics, or any craft where you've worked with scales, recipes, and clean process. We care more that you're precise and care about the work than what you've made before.

You also need to be:

• Comfortable on a digital scale and following a formula sheet exactly
• Reliable — we run on small batches and tight studio hours, no-shows hurt us
• Available weekends and evenings for events
• Genuinely interested in ingredients and willing to learn them deeply

Nice to have

Clean beauty knowledge, POS experience, comfort on camera or social, or experience teaching/hosting groups.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be licensed Esthetician
• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and some holidays
• Part-time position, 10-20 hours per week
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
