In this vital role, you will coordinate the movement of concrete pumps on job sites, ensuring timely delivery and optimal utilization of resources. Your expertise in transportation management systems, GPS technology, and supply chain operations will drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our daily planning, making a tangible impact on our company's success.Responsibilities<ul><li>Coordinate and schedule concrete pours.</li><li>Utilize GPS system to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve dispatching accuracy.</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers and customers via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Enter data accurately into daily logs/ schedules</li><li>Monitor fleet management activities in GPS software.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment.</li><li>Experience in construction/ concrete pumping.</li><li>Familiarity with transportation management systems.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Spanish</li></ul>Pay: From $16.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
