Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule concrete pours.
• Utilize GPS system to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and improve dispatching accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with drivers and customers via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Enter data accurately into daily logs/ schedules
• Monitor fleet management activities in GPS software.

Experience

• Proven experience in dispatching within a logistics or transportation environment.
• Experience in construction/ concrete pumping.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
