Job: Appointment Coordinator (Growth Track to Sales Rep.)USFCR works with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies of all sizes. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. Your job is to engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify fit, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team. Strong performers earn bonuses and have a clear path to become a sales rep.Duties<ul><li>Manage and coordinate appointment schedules with qualified prospects, ensuring optimal time management for sales teams and clients</li><li>Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, identify decision-maker, disqualify poor-fit leads, generate interest and set appointments for qualified leads.</li><li>Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to properly account for all activity, notes, next steps, and maintain up to date client information and scheduling</li><li>Communicate with potential clients via phone and E-mail to promote services, gather client needs, and qualify leads for further business development</li><li>Support continued business development initiatives by re-engaging stalled leads using structured sequences</li><li>Track performance to ensure meeting daily/weekly KPIs</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$18/hour base</li><li>Performance bonuses tied to:</li><li>Appointments set</li><li>Show rate</li><li>Qualified opportunity conversion</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Experience</li><li>1&ndash;2 years in sales, customer service, or call center preferred</li><li>Comfortable with high call volume</li><li>Core skills</li><li>Clear, confident communication (phone-first role)</li><li>Fast thinking and objection handling</li><li>Strong listening and note-taking</li><li>Work style</li><li>Coachable and metrics-driven</li><li>Competitive mindset with consistency in daily activity</li><li>Organized with attention to detail</li><li>Technical</li><li>CRM experience preferred (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)</li><li>Basic computer proficiency and multitasking ability</li></ul>Pay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
