Job: Appointment Coordinator (Growth Track to Sales Rep.)
USFCR works with businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies of all sizes. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. Your job is to engage inbound and outbound leads, qualify fit, and schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team. Strong performers earn bonuses and have a clear path to become a sales rep.
Duties
- Manage and coordinate appointment schedules with qualified prospects, ensuring optimal time management for sales teams and clients
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients, identify decision-maker, disqualify poor-fit leads, generate interest and set appointments for qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to properly account for all activity, notes, next steps, and maintain up to date client information and scheduling
- Communicate with potential clients via phone and E-mail to promote services, gather client needs, and qualify leads for further business development
- Support continued business development initiatives by re-engaging stalled leads using structured sequences
- Track performance to ensure meeting daily/weekly KPIs
Compensation
- $18/hour base

Requirements
- Experience
- 1–2 years in sales, customer service, or call center preferred
- Comfortable with high call volume
- Core skills
- Clear, confident communication (phone-first role)
