Job Overview Responsible for the Daily Inventory Reviews, Inventory Accuracy, processing Production Order Entries, receiving raw materials and movement, Tobacco movement verification, Bill of Material (BOM) updates.Duties<ul><li>Gain SAP proficiency specific to Finished Goods Warehouse activities.</li><li>Maintain Bills of Material.</li><li>Enter Process Orders for items listed on the Production Schedule based on start &amp; end dates.</li><li>Enter material returns into Process Orders.</li><li>Coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and assist in material staging and issuing material to orders.</li><li>Receive material into correct SAP module.</li><li>Weekly/Monthly/Annual Inventory Count and Reporting.</li><li>Determine Root Cause of Inventory Discrepancies and Corrective Action.</li><li>Monitor Defective Material and coordinate with Make/Pack Operations and Supply Chain to determine root cause and resolution.</li><li>Maintain bin assignments by family and affinity groupings for all materials.</li><li>Maintain Safe and Clean work area.</li><li>General office duties as assigned.
