Overview We are a fast-growing real estate lead generation company specializing in probate and inheritance data. We&rsquo;re seeking an experienced marketing professional to help us refine our systems, improve customer experience, and scale our marketing efforts.As our Marketing Manager, you&rsquo;ll bring proven marketing expertise to optimize our funnel, grow customer engagement, and implement scalable systems. This role blends strategy and execution&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be responsible for both developing marketing initiatives and implementing them hands-on. This position has the possibility of being remote, or in person in Mt. Horeb, WI.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and optimize lead magnets and landing pages</li><li>Create educational offerings and training resources</li><li>Optimize customer success to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and optimize client retention</li><li>Improve direct mail campaigns and targeting sequences</li><li>Collaborate on roadmap for future automation services (GoHighLevel integration)</li><li>Build out automated email sequences and campaigns</li><li>Manage website updates, content development, and blog strategy</li><li>Collect customer feedback and refine customer avatars/personas</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>3+ years of professional marketing experience (agency or in-house)</li><li>Strong background in digital marketing channels: email, SEO, paid ads, and direct response</li><li>Experience with real estate marketing, B2B services, or lead generation (preferred)</li><li>Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)</li><li>Excellent project management skills&mdash;able to balance strategy with execution</li><li>Strong communication and copywriting abilities</li><li>Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a results-driven marketer with experience in building and optimizing systems, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.
