Marketing Manager

Overview
We are a fast-growing real estate lead generation company specializing in probate and inheritance data. We’re seeking an experienced marketing professional to help us refine our systems, improve customer experience, and scale our marketing efforts.As our Marketing Manager, you’ll bring proven marketing expertise to optimize our funnel, grow customer engagement, and implement scalable systems. This role blends strategy and execution—you’ll be responsible for both developing marketing initiatives and implementing them hands-on. This position has the possibility of being remote, or in person in Mt. Horeb, WI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize lead magnets and landing pages
• Create educational offerings and training resources
• Optimize customer success to improve onboarding, reduce churn, and optimize client retention
• Improve direct mail campaigns and targeting sequences
• Collaborate on roadmap for future automation services (GoHighLevel integration)
• Build out automated email sequences and campaigns
• Manage website updates, content development, and blog strategy
• Collect customer feedback and refine customer avatars/personas

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional marketing experience (agency or in-house)
• Strong background in digital marketing channels: email, SEO, paid ads, and direct response
• Experience with real estate marketing, B2B services, or lead generation (preferred)
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
• Excellent project management skills—able to balance strategy with execution
• Strong communication and copywriting abilities
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results
