As a Senior Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective procurement of goods and services that directly support our business operations. The range of pay for this roll is $69,000 to $80,000 annually.

How You Will Make a Positive Impact:
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to support business goals.</li>
<li>Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.</li>
<li>Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.</li>
<li>Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while maintaining inventory levels.</li>
<li>Collaborate with engineering, production, and finance teams to forecast demand.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage procurement KPIs, including cost, quality, and delivery.</li>
<li>Resolve supply chain issues and mitigate risks related to procurement.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier contracts.</li>
</ul>
The Value You Bring:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of procurement or buying experience, preferably in manufacturing.</li>
<li>Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft AX preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel occasionally to supplier facilities (less than 10%).</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul>
<li>Experience with international sourcing, global supply chains, lean manufacturing, and just-in-time (JIT) principles.</li>
<li>Supporting certification in procurement or supply chain (CIPS, CPM, or equivalent), preferred</li>
