 Business Analysis

 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for the migration and custom extensions.
 </li>

 Analyze legacy system functionality and map it to the target platform.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify gaps and propose solutions for customizations in the new environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and integration points.

 Quality Assurance &amp; Testing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop test cases based on business requirements and migration objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for migrated components and custom extensions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Validate data integrity post-migration and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Document defects, track resolutions, and provide feedback to development teams.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience: 3+ years in business analysis and software testing, preferably in migration projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and database structures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of customized extension frameworks (e.g., Dynamics 365 extensions).
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
