Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for the migration and custom extensions.
  • Analyze legacy system functionality and map it to the target platform.
  • Identify gaps and propose solutions for customizations in the new environment.
  • Maintain clear documentation of workflows, data models, and integration points.

Quality Assurance & Testing

  • Develop test cases based on business requirements and migration objectives.
  • Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for migrated components and custom extensions.
  • Validate data integrity post-migration and ensure compliance with performance benchmarks.
  • Document defects, track resolutions, and provide feedback to development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis and software testing, preferably in migration projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems, APIs, and database structures.
  • Knowledge of customized extension frameworks (e.g., Dynamics 365 extensions).

Salary range is $75,000 - $95,000 DOE
