You will have direct client interaction from day one - especially with our Spanish-speaking clients who need a strong steady advocate.</li></ul>__________________________________________________________________________________________What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>Fluent Spanish speaker (native or near-native proficiency).</li><li>Licensed attorney authorized to practice in Utah.</li><li>Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.</li><li>A strong communicator with a heart for service and a hunger to win.</li></ul>__________________________________________________________________________________________Responsibilities&middot; Run cases from the first consultation through trial.&middot; Supervise/handle all aspects of written discovery.&middot; Conduct/Defend depositions with skill, strategy, and purpose.&middot;Appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.&middot; Communicate clearly and consistently with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, keeping cases moving and clients informed.&middot; Collaborate with ourattorneys and paralegals to build strong cases and deliver exceptional results.__________________________________________________________________________________________Qualifications&middot; Active Utah Bar license (or the ability to obtain one promptly).&middot; Exceptional communication skills, sound judgment, and a professional presence that instill confidence.&middot; No existing book of business is required - we will keep your calendar full and set you up to thrive from day one.__________________________________________________________________________________________What We Offer<ul><li>Zero billable hour requirements - focus on impact, not timekeeping.</li><li>Highly competitive salary: $125,000-$150,000, with bonus potential tied to performance and firm growth.</li><li>401(k) after one year.</li><li>A supportive, growth-minded culture that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and real work-life balance.</li><li>No capped PTO. Take the time you need as long as client needs and professional responsibilities are covered.
