Outside Service Sales / EstimatorPay: $50,000 &ndash; $75,000 base salary + commissionMountain West Utility Trailer is looking for a motivated Outside Service Sales / Estimator to join our Boise team. This role focuses on building customer relationships, generating service sales, and preparing repair estimates for fleet customers. We are a full-service dealership for Utility dry van trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, Ottawa yard trucks, and construction trailers.With 8 locations across 5 states, we are committed to supporting the trucking industry while delivering excellent customer service and a positive workplace for our employees.Our vision: Keep America Trucking, Exceed Expectations, and Deliver SMILEs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Promote service sales within an assigned territory</li><li>Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts</li><li>Perform daily cold calls and customer visits</li><li>Prepare service estimates and present scope of work to customers</li><li>Promote maintenance programs and service contracts for fleet accounts</li><li>Record all sales activities in the company CRM</li><li>Work closely with the service department to maintain a strong backlog of work</li><li>Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members</li><li>Maintain and operate a company vehicle safely</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Previous sales experience preferred</li><li>Semi-trailer, heavy-duty parts, or fleet experience preferred</li><li>Trailer technician experience is a plus</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li><li>Basic computer skills (CDK or Procede experience helpful)</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus</li><li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screen</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Base salary + monthly commission opportunity</li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term Disability</li><li>401(k) with Profit Sharing</li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO)</li><li>Paid major holidays</li><li>Company vehicle</li></ul>Equal Opportunity EmployerPay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
