Pay: $50,000 – $75,000 base salary + commission

Mountain West Utility Trailer is looking for a motivated Outside Service Sales / Estimator to join our Boise team. This role focuses on building customer relationships, generating service sales, and preparing repair estimates for fleet customers. Mountain West Utility Trailer has been a family-owned business for over 50 years. We are a full-service dealership for Utility dry van trailers, refrigerated trailers, flatbeds, Ottawa yard trucks, and construction trailers.

Responsibilities

• Promote service sales within an assigned territory
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new accounts
• Perform daily cold calls and customer visits
• Prepare service estimates and present scope of work to customers
• Promote maintenance programs and service contracts for fleet accounts
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM
• Work closely with the service department to maintain a strong backlog of work
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Maintain and operate a company vehicle safely

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred
• Semi-trailer, heavy-duty parts, or fleet experience preferred
• Trailer technician experience is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (CDK or Procede experience helpful)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
