Job Summary This is a 60% remote, 40% in person hybrid position as the personal assistant and social media coordinator for a wellness + fitness entrepreneur and creator.ResponsibilitiesYou'll be required to come in person 1-2 days per week. Duties include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Manage shipments and assist founders in organizing clothing, merch, and equipment.</li><li>Receive email, text, and WhatsApp communications on behalf of the founder and provide responses to queries accordingly.</li><li>Come on set for photo and video shoots when appropriate in order to assist with PA duties.</li><li>Organize the founder's calendar including meetings, social deliverables schedule, and posting of content to different platforms when appropriate.</li></ul>Required skills:<ul><li>Well versed in the use of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Youtube whether as a content consumer or creator</li><li>Ability to remain flexible in order to perform in a hybrid environment</li><li>Comfortable with using Apple/Mac software environment&mdash;you will be provided with a phone and/or computer in order to carry out these duties</li><li>Invoicing and accounting skills are a plus but not mandatory</li></ul>The right person:<ul><li>Well organized and flexible</li><li>Positive attitude</li><li>Reliable in handling confidential information</li><li>Ability to travel potentially, both within the US and internationally</li><li>Desire to use their social media skills and potentially learn new ones on the job</li><li>Experience or interest in wellness and/or fitness</li></ul>How to apply: Please email your resume, and a presentation letter explaining why you'd like this job to info@vagencia.co.
