Personal & Social Media Assistant - Hybrid

Job Summary
This is a 60% remote, 40% in person hybrid position as the personal assistant and social media coordinator for a wellness + fitness entrepreneur and creator.

Responsibilities

You'll be required to come in person 1-2 days per week. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage shipments and assist founders in organizing clothing, merch, and equipment.
• Receive email, text, and WhatsApp communications on behalf of the founder and provide responses to queries accordingly.
• Come on set for photo and video shoots when appropriate in order to assist with PA duties.
• Organize the founder's calendar including meetings, social deliverables schedule, and posting of content to different platforms when appropriate.

Required skills:

• Well versed in the use of social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Youtube whether as a content consumer or creator
• Ability to remain flexible in order to perform in a hybrid environment
• Comfortable with using Apple/Mac software environment—you will be provided with a phone and/or computer in order to carry out these duties
• Invoicing and accounting skills are a plus but not mandatory
