Role SummaryThe Supply Chain Supervisor at V-Rich is responsible for overseeing daily supply chain operations to ensure efficient planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. The role focuses on execution excellence, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring to support V-Rich&rsquo;s operational and business objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and accuracy to prevent shortages or excess</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency</li><li>Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and lead times</li><li>Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations</li><li>Train, guide, and support supply chain staff to improve productivity and performance</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations</li><li>Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms</li><li>Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Inventory planning and control</li><li>Vendor and transporter coordination</li><li>Reporting, documentation, and data analysis</li><li>Leadership, team supervision, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
