Supply Chain Supervisor

Role Summary

The Supply Chain Supervisor at V-Rich is responsible for overseeing daily supply chain operations to ensure efficient planning, procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution. The role focuses on execution excellence, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring to support V-Rich’s operational and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day supply chain activities including procurement, warehousing, and logistics operations
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and accuracy to prevent shortages or excess
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods while maintaining cost efficiency
• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory turnover, and lead times
• Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations
• Train, guide, and support supply chain staff to improve productivity and performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
