Job Overview:We are seeking a Call center Representative who is enthusiastic, empathetic, and solutions-focused. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with customers, resolve their concerns, and ensure a professional and positive experience with every interaction.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in priority order as directed by management.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure complete satisfaction.</li><li>Negotiate payment arrangements with clients to resolve delinquent accounts.</li><li>Assess customer&rsquo;s ability and willingness to pay while maintaining company standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.</li><li>Uphold a courteous, professional tone during all communications.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Basic computer proficiency</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hourWork Location: In person
